1病例报告患者,女,18岁。因左侧眼球突出6个月于2015年9月7日入院。患者诉6个月前左侧眼球突出,伴左侧面部不适及左侧头痛,无发热、鼻塞、鼻出血及视力减退等。患者无特殊既往史。入院查体:体温36.6℃,脉搏71次/min,呼吸20次/min,血压111/71mm Hg(1mm Hg=0.133kPa)。左侧眼球向前上方突出,眼球活动及视力正常;双侧鼻黏膜稍肿胀,左侧钩突肿大,鼻腔鼻咽部未见新生物;无牙痛、面麻等症状。鼻窦CT示左侧上颌窦扩大,内可见一混杂密度影填充,大小约3.4cm×2.6cm,内可见条状、片状钙化灶,上颌窦骨质受压
1 case report patient, female, 18 years old. Due to the left eye prominent 6 months on September 7, 2015 admission. Patients complained of left eye protrusion 6 months ago, with left facial discomfort and left headache, no fever, nasal congestion, nose bleeding and vision loss and so on. No special past history of patients. Admission examination: body temperature 36.6 ℃, pulse 71 beats / min, breathing 20 beats / min, blood pressure 111 / 71mm Hg (1mm Hg = 0.133kPa). Left eye prominent above the forward, eye movement and visual acuity; bilateral nasal mucosa slightly swollen, left uncinate process swelling, nasal nasopharynx no new organisms; no symptoms of toothache, facial anesthesia. Sinus CT showed the left maxillary sinus enlarged, showing a mixed density shadow filling, the size of about 3.4cm × 2.6cm, visible within the strip, lamellar calcification, maxillary sinus bone compression
