美是什么?恐怕每个人都有不同的答案。但是有一点是可以明确的,美能够带给我们愉悦的心情。关于建筑的美也是众说纷纭,人们通常是从形式感和视觉,形状、色彩、质感以及彼此之间的比例关系来判断建筑的美。从造型到空间,建筑的美开始超越其基本的功能而被赋予更多的象征意义;古埃及的金字塔、古希腊的雅典娜神庙、古罗马万神殿、中世纪亚眠圣母大教堂,以及中国古代建筑与庭园,都无不昭示着它们所处时代的价值观、审美品位和政治立场,因而呈现其独特的气质。
What is beauty? I’m afraid everyone has different answers. But one thing is clear, the United States can bring us pleasure. There are also many different opinions about the beauty of architecture. People often judge the beauty of architecture from the perspective of formality and visual, shape, color, texture, and proportionality with each other. From styling to space, the beauty of architecture begins to be more symbolic than its basic function; the ancient Egyptian pyramids, the Athenian temples of ancient Greece, the ancient Pantheon of Rome, the Medieval Cathedral of Our Lady of the Assyria, and China Ancient architecture and gardens are all manifesting the values, aesthetic qualities and political positions of the times in which they live, thus presenting their unique temperament.
