国产JP-1型示波极谱仪(包括JP-1A、SJP-1、SJP-1A),以它的测定快速、灵敏度高、分辨率和抗先力强等优点,在极谱分析中发挥了很大作用。当使用导数方式进行极谱测定时,不但能改善某些欠佳的常规极谱图,解决某些常规极谱不能测量的问题,而且在具体操作中也带来很多方便。尤其是导数—催化波联用,效果更为显著。但是导数波的缺点是丧失了灵敏度。就JP-1而言,导数极谱灵敏度较常规极谱约低一个数量级。虽可以通过改变电流倍率来求得荧光屏上较大的读数,但降低了信/噪比,影响了测定的准确度。为了克服这一不足,也即在使用导数测量时,如何提高信/噪比,以提高测试的灵敏度和准确度,我们作了一点工作。
