通过对10个部分外包型钢混凝土进行推出试验,对部分外包型钢混凝土的黏结机理、黏结强度和黏结滑移本构关系等关键问题进行研究,分析混凝土强度等级、型钢与混凝土接触面状态及接触长度对型钢与混凝土间黏结滑移性能的影响,考察型钢翼缘及型钢腹板与混凝土的黏结强度。试验研究结果表明,生赤锈型钢的黏结应力比普通型钢高;型钢翼缘相对于腹板对总体黏结作用贡献更大;混凝土强度等级、接触面状态及接触长度是影响黏结强度的重要因素。根据所有试件的初始滑移黏结强度、极限黏结强度、残余黏结强度及其荷载-滑移曲线,提出部分外包型钢混凝土的黏结-滑移表达式,为部分外包型钢-混凝土组合构件抗剪连接性能的进一步研究提供参考。
Based on the launch test of ten partial-section steel-encased concrete, the key problems such as the bond mechanism, bond strength and the constitutive relationship of bond-slip between some of the outer-encased steel-concrete were studied. The experimental results show that the cohesive stress of raw red rust steel is higher than that of common steel, and the contribution of the steel flange to the overall bond contributes more to the web.
