上世纪80年代初,评书《岳飞传》通过广播传遍大江南北,千家万户于正午时分准时打开收音机,成为当年的一种时尚。最鼎盛时,全国100多家电台同时广播,听众数以亿计。一部百余回的长篇评书,伴随了一代人的成长,也让人们记住了一个名字:刘兰芳。继评书《岳飞传》之后,刘兰芳又推出了《杨家将》、《赵匡胤演义》、《樊梨花》、《红楼梦》、《一代儒将陈毅》、《虞舜大传》、《话说泰山》等四十余部深受听众喜爱的评书作品,其中很多成为全国各广播电台的保留节目。
Early 80s of last century, storytelling “Yue Fei Chuan” spread through the broadcasts across the river north and south, thousands of households on time at noon turn on the radio, became a fashion that year. At its peak, more than 100 radio stations nationwide broadcast at hundreds of millions of listeners. A hundred times back a long storytelling, accompanied by a generation of growth, but also allow people to remember a name: Liu Lanfang. Following the commentary Yue Fei Biography, Liu Lanfang launched Yang Jia Jiang, Zhao Kuang Yin Romance, Fan Lihua, A Dream of Red Mansions, Chen Yi from a Generation of Confucians, Yu Shun Biography, Taishan Saying More than 40 popular storytelling works by listeners, many of whom have become reservations to radio stations across the country.
