以企业知识管理流程为切入点,通过对员工知识满意度影响因素的分析,确定了员工知识满意度的指标体系。在此基础上,通过对102名不同行业在职员工关于知识满意度各影响因素的不同作用效果调查,利用因子分析法对调查数据进行统计分析,得出影响企业员工知识满意度的主要因子包括传递源因子、相关利益因子以及个体差异因子。最后,依据分析结果提出提升企业员工知识满意度的建议。
Based on the process of enterprise knowledge management, through the analysis of the influencing factors of staff’s knowledge satisfaction, the index system of employee’s knowledge satisfaction is established. On this basis, through the investigation of the different effects of the factors on knowledge satisfaction of 102 employees in different industries, the statistical analysis of the survey data using factor analysis shows that the main factors that affect the employee’s knowledge satisfaction are: delivery Source factor, related interest factor and individual difference factor. Finally, based on the results of the analysis, suggestions are put forward to enhance the employee’s knowledge satisfaction.
