随着城市社区建设的不断推进,社区自治体制创新,业已成为城市社区建设的首要任务。而社区自治体制的创新,又不可避免地将触及到我国现行城市管理体制乃至政治、经济体制等一系列深层次的问题。
With the continuous promotion of urban community construction, the innovation of community autonomous system has become the primary task of urban community construction. However, the innovation of community autonomy system will inevitably touch upon a series of deep-seated problems in our current urban management system and even political and economic systems.
