这次由省科委、省林业厅联合召开的川中绿化造林技术经验交流现场会,从6月2日在南部县开幕,经过5大时间,今天即将在乐至县结束.会议期间,大家听了省科委张廷翰主任的讲话,参观了南部、乐至两县的水源涵养和水土保持试验林现场,听取了试验林课题组关于川中农区造林技术及绿化效益中间试验研究的情况汇报,南部和乐至县府的负责同志,以及两个试点乡分别介绍了他们推广试验研究成果,组织开展大规模植树造林的经验.到会同志反映,这次现场会把科学研究与示范推广结合起来,既看又议,虚实并举,开得比较实在,很受启发,很有收获,这对盆中地区的造林绿化将是一个新的推动.在会议结束前,我讲几点意见:
