随着水利事业的发展,水利队伍发生了深刻地变化,部系统现有专业技术人员31617人,其中:国家大师级4人;高级职称5092人(正高级800人),占总数16%;中级职称11377人,占总数36%;初级职称13460人,占总数42.6%,为水利持续发展打下了坚实的基础。但是,在世纪之交的转变时期,我们的队伍存在的年龄、知识、专业、职称等结构不尽合理的问题,越来越明显地影响到我们水利事业的发展。我们需要尽快造就一批懂经营、立志献身水利事业的新一代的跨世纪人才。
With the development of water conservancy, the water conservancy contingent has undergone profound changes. There are 31,617 professional and technical personnel in the system, including 4 national grand masters, 5,092 senior titles (800 senior), accounting for 16% of the total; intermediate 11377 titles, accounting for 36% of the total; 13460 junior titles, accounting for 42.6% of the total, laying a solid foundation for the sustainable development of water conservancy. However, at the turn of the century, the problems of unreasonable structure such as age, knowledge, profession and professional titles of our team have more and more obviously affected the development of our water conservancy. We need to quickly create a new generation of trans-century talents who understand management and are determined to devote themselves to water conservancy.
