目前世界上较为先进的垃圾处理场都是用粘土夹防水土工膜的水平防污方式．而水平防渗的投资十分巨大．因此，参照有关工程，我们确定了以一部分自然山体天然防渗与人工垂直防渗相结合的设计方案，即利用一个山沟两侧岩体不渗漏，而在沟口修建人为垂直防沙工程的方式．
Currently the world’s more advanced garbage disposal sites are clay waterproof geomembrane horizontal anti-fouling way. The level of anti-seepage investment is huge. Therefore, with reference to the project, we have decided to design a combination of natural seepage prevention and artificial vertical seepage prevention of a part of the natural mountain by using the rock mass on both sides of a ravine without leakage and the man-made vertical sand control project at Mizoguchi the way.
