数控加工技术是一门实践要求较强的专业课程。近来由于社会需求和对课程实践性的认识,学校对设备的投入较多,购置的设备基本上可以满足实训的需求。特别是数控车床的数量足以应对30人的教学班型。以工程训练中心的形式建立的实训基地。解决了学生的实训问题。但是目前存在的问题是教学与中心利益的冲突。工程训练中心的相对独立性和教学所需的经费之间的问题,机械加工设备的使用问题,以及车间为教学服务的功能等都限制了课程实践教学的过程。另一点是数控加工技术教学理念还需要进一步提升。
