元代契约文书具有重要的语言文字学价值,其中俗字俗语众多。现今一些元代契约文书的整理刊布本多有因不明其中的俗字而产生误录、漏录等现象,以及一些辞书失收元代契约文书所载的词语或词语的义项,有的辞书虽收元代契约文书所载的词语,却释义欠妥。基于此,本文尝试选取数件不同类型的元代契约文书,对其中的八则文字和词汇现象加以考释,以此来体现其语言文字学价值。
Yuan Dynasty contract documents have important linguistic value, of which many common folk idioms. Some present-day contractual documents of the Yuan Dynasty have been misinterpreted for a long time due to the misunderstanding and omission of records, as well as the loss of some words or terms contained in the dictionaries of the Yuan Dynasty. Some dictionaries have received Yuan Dynasty contract documents contained in the words, but the interpretation is not properly. Based on this, this article tries to select several different types of contract documents of the Yuan Dynasty, examines eight of the eight words and lexical phenomena in order to reflect its linguistic value.
