目的:了解不同血清型、不同产毒能力的霍乱弧菌在庆大霉素琼脂平板上生长的敏感性。方法:采用稀释法用生理盐水将不同型别的霍乱弧菌进行倍比稀释,观察其在庆大霉素琼脂平皿上的生长情况。结果:B厂家生产的庆大平皿对霍乱弧菌的抑制能力强于A厂家的。霍乱弧菌在A厂家生产的庆大平皿上的生长情况接近于在营养琼脂上的生长情况。在模拟接种实验时,不同血清型的霍乱弧菌之间生长能力比较,霍乱弧菌小川型在A庆大平皿上的最低生长浓度为103cfu/ml~104cfu/ml,而在B庆大平皿上的最低生长浓度为105cfu/ml~106cfu/ml。稻叶型在A庆大平皿上最低生长浓度为102cfu/ml~104cfu/ml,在B庆大平皿上最低生长浓度为104cfu/ml~105cfu/ml。O139群的最低生长浓度在A庆大平皿上为103cfu/ml~105cfu/ml,在B庆大平皿上为106cfu/ml~107cfu/ml。CT-NAG的最低生长浓度在A庆大平皿上为104cfu/ml,在B庆大平皿上为107cfu/ml。结论:庆大平板对霍乱弧菌本身有一定的抑制能力,但不同厂家的庆大平皿对霍乱弧菌的抑制能力不同。同一血清型的霍乱弧菌在同一浓度、同一种平皿上的生长能力比较,不产毒株均强于产毒株。
Objective: To understand the sensitivity of different serotypes and Vibrio cholerae to grow on gentamycin agar plates. Methods: Different types of Vibrio cholerae were diluted with normal saline by dilution method to observe their growth on gentamicin agar plate. Results: The B plate production of Qingda plate Vibrio cholerae inhibitory ability is better than A factory. The growth of Vibrio cholerae on a large plate produced by manufacturer A was similar to that on nutrient agar. In the simulated inoculation experiment, the growth ability of Vibrio cholerae of different serotypes was compared. The minimum growth concentration of Vibrio cholerae Ogawa type was 103cfu / ml ~ 104cfu / ml in A-ching macrophytes, The minimum growth concentration of 105cfu / ml ~ 106cfu / ml. The minimum growth concentration of rice leaf type was 102cfu / ml ~ 104cfu / ml on A Qingda plate and 104cfu / ml ~ 105cfu / ml on B Qingda plate. The lowest growth concentration of O139 group was 103cfu / ml ~ 105cfu / ml on A Qingda plate and 106cfu / ml ~ 107cfu / ml on B Qingda plate. The minimum growth concentration of CT-NAG was 104 cfu / ml on the A-plate and 107 cfu / ml on the B-plate. Conclusion: Qingda plate Vibrio cholerae itself has a certain ability to inhibit, but different manufacturers Qingda plate Vibrio cholerae inhibitory ability is different. The same serotype of Vibrio cholerae in the same concentration, the same kind of plate growth capacity, non-producing strains were stronger than the producing strains.
