新课标要求在教学中,教师要注重学生的主体性和自主学习能力的培养。初中数学的主体性教学即是一种让学生主动参与、勤于思考、乐于合作交流的教学方式,要注重培养学生的自主学习能力。在初中数学的教学课堂中,我们教师要积极引导,调动学生学习的主动性和积极性,鼓励学生自主独立地学习,培养他们的创造性思维,使他们体会到学习的乐趣,进而积极主动地学习。在初中数学的教学课堂中,教师要尊重学生的主体人格和主体地位,加强师生之间的互动,创建和谐、互爱的师生关系。
