采用蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗中、重度新生儿硬肿症３２例，与对照组比较，体温恢复正常时间无显著差异，硬肿消退时间、住院时间及病死率有显著差异。分析表明，在综合治疗的基础上，蝮蛇抗栓酶对新生儿硬肿症有确切疗效。
