我国的社会保障机制存在许多问题,社会保障体系不完善,亟需加以改革,并逐步完善使之成为结构合理、机制灵活、科学规范的社会保障体系。
There are many problems with the social security system in our country. The social security system is not perfect. We must reform it urgently and make it into a social security system with reasonable structure, flexible mechanism and scientific norms.
