本文论述了应用多判据最优化技术来设许低噪声宽频带MMIC FET放大器的方法。设计中采用了加权和法与加权∞-范法,并为此种设计发展了一种新的加权商法,而最小噪声量度设计可视为此法的一个特定变型。文中还讨论了不同方法的权数选定策略,得出了较系统的方法。 放大器是按通带内的极大-极小传输增益与极小-极大噪声系数来设计的。一个6~15GHz的放大器设计实例可用以说明此方法的应用。
This article discusses the application of multi-criteria optimization techniques to design low-noise wideband MMIC FET amplifiers. Weighted-sum and weighted ∞-normals were used in the design and a new weighted trade-off was developed for this design, and the design of the minimum noise measure can be considered as a specific variant of this approach. The article also discusses the different methods of weight selection strategy, obtained a more systematic approach. The amplifier is designed for maximum - minimum transmission gain and minimum - maximum noise figure in the passband. A 6 ~ 15GHz amplifier design example can be used to illustrate the application of this method.
