每年都有师范学校的实习教师到中小学实习。这些实习教师都有很强的上进心和很高的工作热情,想把课上好,但是实习教师们由于对教材不熟悉,不是讲解不清楚,就是组织个当,往往感到上实习课就像“老虎啃天——无从下口”。不知怎样上才好,听到上课就犯愁。如何帮助实习教师在实习期间把课上好,指导教师起着举足轻重的作用。我从1990年来指导实习教师上课,总结出经验几条,在指导实习教师上课中收到了良好效果。现将自己的几点体会介绍给各位同仁,以资参考。
Every year, internship teachers from normal schools go to practice in primary and secondary schools. These student teachers have strong self-motivation and high work enthusiasm. They want to get good classes. However, because students are not familiar with the teaching materials, they are not ignorant about the teaching materials, they are organized, and they often feel that the practice classes are like “Tigers are blasphemy - no way down.” I don’t know what to do when I heard it. How to help the student teacher to make the class better during the internship, instruct the teacher to play a decisive role. Since 1990, I have been instructing students to teach in classes, summed up several experiences, and received good results in guiding student teachers. I will introduce my own experience to my colleagues for reference.
