此文研究了X20CrMoV121钢采用TIG+SMAW工艺所焊接头的力学性能,重点探讨了不同化学成分焊丝TIG打底,不同焊接及热处理条件的影响。研究表明,X20CrMoV121钢大径厚壁管TIG打底选用12%Cr焊丝对保证接头力学性能更趋合理;在焊缝金属抗冷裂纹性上,2.5%Cr焊丝TIG打底优于12%Cr焊丝,且两种焊丝打底所焊接头力学性能均达到技术要求。采用部分“马氏体”焊接法[预热(250~300)℃],小线能量多层多道焊,是保证X20CrMoV121钢焊接接头使用性能十分必要的工艺措施。
In this paper, the mechanical properties of X20CrMoV121 steel welded by TIG + SMAW were studied, and the effects of different chemical composition welding wire TIG primer, different welding and heat treatment conditions were discussed. The research shows that TIG backing of X20CrMoV121 steel with large diameter thick-walled tube is more reasonable with 12% Cr welding wire to ensure the mechanical properties of joint. In the weld metal cold crack resistance, 2.5% Cr welding wire TIG backing is better than 12% Cr wire, and the two kinds of welding wire bottom welding mechanical properties have reached the technical requirements. The use of some “martensitic” welding [preheating (250 ~ 300) ℃], small multi-pass multi-pass energy welding is to ensure the X20CrMoV121 steel welded joints performance is necessary process.
