目的：用阿西美辛不同疗程治疗类风湿关节炎疗效观察。方法：类风湿关节炎１１５例分成甲组（男性１９例，女性７１例，年龄４５±ｓ１１ａ），乙组（男性４例，女性２１例，年龄４７±１３ａ）。甲组服阿西美辛３０ｍｇ，ｔｉｄ，共１ｍｏ，乙组服３０ｍｇ，ｔｉｄ，共４ｍｏ。结果：甲组总有效率２７％，乙组总有效率７２％，Ｐ＜０．０１。甲组不良反应有头晕、头痛、胃痛、恶心等共１８例。乙组仅出现轻度头晕１例。结论：阿西美辛４ｍｏ疗程治疗类风湿关节炎疗效更高。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the curative effect of different courses of acitamil on rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: 115 cases of rheumatoid arthritis were divided into group A (19 males, 71 females, age 45 ± s11a), group B (4 males and 21 females, age 47 ± 13a). A group serving asi cimexin 30mg, tid, a total of 1mo, group B service 30mg, tid, a total of 4mo. Results: The total effective rate in group A was 27%, the total effective rate in group B was 72%, P <0.01. A group of adverse reactions were dizziness, headache, stomach pain, nausea, a total of 18 cases. Group B only mild dizziness in 1 case. Conclusion: Asimesin 4mo treatment of rheumatoid arthritis treatment more effective.
