针对潘三矿17181(1)工作面煤层上方厚硬顶板大面积悬露、严重威胁矿井安全生产的现状,实施深孔松动爆破技术以求减小厚硬顶板的初次垮落步距。实践表明:对爆破参数和炮孔布置进行合理设计,顶板的初次垮落步距从预测值的88.6 m减小到实测值的43 m左右,支架前后立柱所受载荷均降低到预警值30 MPa以下,未出现因顶板突然来压而导致压倒支架的情况,有效避免了顶板大面积悬露所带来的的安全隐患,保证了工作面的正常生产。
According to the present situation of thick and hard roof above coal seam 17181 (1) in Pansan Coal Mine, which threatens the status of mine safety production, deep hole loose blasting technology is implemented to reduce the initial collapse step of thick and hard roof. The practice shows that the reasonable design of blasting parameters and blast hole layout can reduce the initial collapse step of the roof from the predicted value of 88.6 m to the measured value of about 43 m, and the loads on the columns before and after the propulsion decrease to the warning value of 30 MPa In the following, there is no situation of overwhelming the support due to sudden pressure on the roof, which effectively avoids the potential safety hazard caused by the large area of the roof and ensures the normal production of the working surface.
