金刚石复合贴片钻头(PDC)切削齿角度对工作效率和性能有着重要影响,利用钻头切削齿对岩石进行切削实验,分析了切削面积、接触弧长、抗钻强度和后倾角等因素对钻头受力的影响并建立了切削齿的综合受力模型。根据工件材料的测试数据,通过LS-DYNA仿真软件对PDC钻头单颗粒切削岩石过程进行了模拟仿真,采用自适应网格划分分离切削,实验结果与计算结果之间误差均在5%内。此研究为PDC钻头优化设计和应用推广提供了理论依据。
The cutting angle of diamond PDC bit has an important influence on work efficiency and performance. The bit cutting teeth are used to cut the rock, and the influences of cutting area, contact arc length, anti-drilling strength and caster angle on the drill bit acceptance Force and established a comprehensive force model cutting teeth. According to the test data of workpiece materials, the process of single-chip PDC cutting rock cutting was simulated by LS-DYNA simulation software, and the cutting was separated by adaptive meshing.
