新课程标准为小学体育教学方式的改进提供了理论依据,其中提高体育教师退伍的综合素质与能力已成为改善体育教学中普遍存在问题的重点与关键。本文结合笔者多年一线教学经验,在研究与总结经验的基础上提出如何增强小学体育教师的综合素质能力。
The new curriculum standards provide a theoretical basis for the improvement of PE teaching methods in primary schools. Among them, improving the overall qualities and abilities of physical education teachers in retirement has become the key and key point to improve the common problems in PE teaching. Based on the author’s first-year teaching experience, this paper proposes how to enhance the comprehensive quality of primary school PE teachers based on the research and summary of experience.
