为寻找安全、高速的消融能源,在左室壁心肌内注射微量乌头碱的方法成功地诱发家兔室速。分别用准分子激光(308nm,重复频率20Hz)经光纤耦合(单脉冲能量8~10mJ)在心外膜照射室速病灶,或经电极导管用直流电直接消融室速病灶,与对照组比较观察室速发作时间。结果表明:准分子激光对室速有确切疗效;与直流电消融相比,具有起效较慢,损坏心肌范围小,对血液动力学影响小等特点
