阳极氧化法制得的Al_2O_3超微筛膜,作为透射电镜试样载膜,除具有一般微筛膜的特点外,它的机械强度好,并且Al_2O_3的晶格条纹像可作为电镜倍率的内标,因其微筛孔尺寸较小,可载持微细的电镜试样。本文主要考察Al_2O_3超微筛制备时的各种困素如:铝箔表面形貌、阳极氧化电压,电流密度、氧化电解液的种类、浓度、温度及微筛膜的热处理等的影响。另外对所得Al_2O_3超微筛膜作了其筛孔大小分布的测定,最后提出了认为可取的制备条件(结果见图a、b)8%草酸水溶液作为氧化电解液阳极氧化电压为10V电流密度为2~5mA/(cm)_2时间取30s

Finally, it was proposed that the preparation conditions (see Fig. A and b) of 8% oxalic acid aqueous solution as oxidation electrolyte were proposed.
