本文综述了离子注入在高分子材料中应用的研究。着重介绍离子注入后引起的高分子材料物理、化学特性的交化,如电导率、光学特性以及高分子材料的氧化特性等。并用性能与结构的关系对这些现象进行了解释。
This article reviews the application of ion implantation in polymer materials. Focus on ion-induced polymer material caused by the physical and chemical properties of the exchange, such as conductivity, optical properties and the oxidation properties of polymer materials. These phenomena are explained by the relationship between performance and structure.
