目前,随着人民经济水平的提高,人们对土地的需求空间不断扩大,基层国土资源档案的重要性日趋突出,在土地资产的管理以及土地资源的保护中发挥着不可忽视的作用。然而,基层国土规划档案信息化建设中依然存在诸多弊端与不足,有关人员应当及时分析其中存在的问题,选择有针对性的对策进行处理,基于此,本文首先分析了基层国土规划档案的特点及其意义,并提出档案信息化建设中的不足与相应对策,为相关工作人员提供理论依据。
At present, with the improvement of people’s economic level, people’s demand for land has been expanding. The importance of grass-roots land and resources archives has become increasingly prominent. They play an important role in the management of land assets and the protection of land resources. However, there are still many shortcomings and deficiencies in the informatization construction of the grassroots national land planning archives. The relevant personnel should analyze the existing problems in time and choose the targeted measures to deal with. Based on this, this paper first analyzes the characteristics of the grassroots land planning archives, Its significance, and proposes the inadequacy and corresponding countermeasures in the construction of archives informatization, and provides the theoretical basis for the relevant staffs.
