The “All-computer Application Academic Exchange Conference” was held in Changsha from October 12 to 14, 1993 with 56 delegates attending the conference and 21 papers published. The meeting was jointly organized by the Computer Applications Committee of China Railway Society, Deceleration Speed System Committee, Automation Committee, Hunan Computer Factory, Liaoning Province, Jilin Province and Hunan Provincial Railway Society.
