随着农发行业务范围的不断拓展和延伸,商业性贷款业务发展较快,同时,客户结构和贷款结构也发生了很大变化。面对新形势,河南省分行坚持以风险防控为中心,接长工作短板,粘合管理缝隙,创立商业性贷款三级监测模式,取得了明显成效。2007年以来,通过监测发现客户风险点183处,下发风险提示68份,收回潜在风险贷款34700万元,退出客户24家,整改信贷管理问题86项。一、接长短板,把商业性贷款监测真正
