花菇是香菇的珍品,在国内外市场上,每公斤价格比一般厚菇、薄菇高出数倍,一般薄菇每公斤仅30～40元,而白花菇每公斤可达100元以上。因此种香菇要提高经济效益,必须多培育花菇,尤其是白花菇。本文介绍的小棚大袋立体培育花菇技术,是河南省泌阳县广大菇农在生产实践中创造出来的,经大面积推广应用,证明是一套成熟完整的新技术。 一、栽培季节
