长津湖北临鸭绿江像一条绸带飘扬在北朝鲜的土地上。这里的冬天气温都在摄氏零下30多度,夜里最低接近零下40度,草木、山岭、河流及土地都被冰冻了,厚厚的白雪覆盖在草丛、道路、湖面及山峦上。松杉树在北风中摆动,似乎在与寒风搏斗,迸发出阵阵的吼声。长津湖部分没有结冰的水面,还不断地向空中冒出缕缕白雾。1950年11月20日,为保家卫国,抵御美帝侵略,我27军各师团奉志愿军总部之命,跨过鸭绿江向北朝鲜东部的长津湖地
North of Changjin Lake Yalu River like a ribbon flying in North Korea’s land. The winter temperatures here are minus 30 degrees Celsius and the lowest is minus 40 degrees at night. The vegetation, mountains, rivers and land are frozen, thick snow covers the grass, roads, lakes and mountains. Pine fir swinging in the north wind, it seems that fighting with the cold, burst into roar of bursts. Changjinhu part of the water does not freeze, but also continue to emerge from the air to the mist of white clouds. On November 20, 1950, in order to protect the homeland and defend the invading forces of the U.S. imperialism, all 27 divisions of our regiment commanded the headquarters of the volunteers and crossed the Yalu River to the Changjin Lake in the east of North Korea
