10月27日,贵州省委十届十二次全体会议审议通过了《中共贵州省委关于贯彻党的十七届六中全会精神推动多民族文化大发展大繁荣的意见》。此次会议为我省深化文化体制改革、推动全省多民族文化大发展大繁荣指明了方向,为全省上下发挥文化助推贵州加速发展、加快转型、推动跨越的作用,让人民群众享受到更多的文化改革发展的成果具有十分重要的意义。本刊就如何贯彻落实十七届六中全会精神和省委十届十二次全体会议精神,推动我省文化大发展大繁荣,采访了部分市(州、地)负责人和文化领域知名专家、学者。
On October 27, the 12th plenary meeting of the 10th Guizhou Provincial CPC Committee examined and approved the Opinions of Guizhou Provincial CPC Committee on Implementing the Spirit of the 6th Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee, Promoting the Great Development and Prosperity of Multi-ethnic Culture. The meeting pointed out the direction for our province to deepen the reform of the cultural system and promote the great prosperity of the multi-ethnic culture in Guizhou Province. It played a role in boosting the development of Guizhou Province by speeding up the transformation and promoting the leapfrogging across the province, The achievements of more cultural reform and development are of great significance. On how to implement the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee and the spirit of the Twelfth Plenary Session of the Tenth Provincial Party Committee to promote the great development of our province's cultural prosperity, interviewed some of the city (state and territory) responsible person and well-known experts in the field of culture ,scholar.
