头痛是指眼眶以上到顶部范围内的疼痛。老年人与青年人的常见头痛类型不同,其常见病因如下: 高血压性头痛 头痛多为深在性严重持续性头痛,或为波动性、弥漫性头痛。疼痛部位多在枕部,晨间尤为显著;有时亦在前额疼痛,常伴以头晕、头沉重感。 紧张性头痛 由于长期精神紧张,或颈部姿势不正,引起头、劲、肩部肌肉挛缩所致。为持续性非搏动性全头痛,头部有箍紧感,一般情况良好,无呕吐。头痛持续数天或数小时。 枕神经痛 枕神经是枕大神经、枕小神经与耳大神经的总称,均由颈1～3脊神经的后根所组
