心理素质教育是素质教育不可缺少的内容。为了探索对护生实施心理素质教育的有效途径，作者在96、97级护生中进行了心理素质教育的研究与实践。结果表明：通过开设心理课、组织课外心理素质教育活动、时时处处渗透心理素质教育以及建立心理服务机构等途径，可明显提高护生的心理素质。
Psychological quality education is an indispensable content of quality education. In order to explore effective ways to implement psychological quality education for nursing students, the author conducted research and practice of psychological quality education among 96, 97 nursing students. The results show that the psychological quality of nursing students can be significantly improved through the establishment of psychological classes, the organization of extracurricular psychological quality education activities, pervasive psychological quality education from time to time, and establishment of psychological service institutions.
