受卫生部疾病控制司委托、由联合国艾滋病规划署资助、中国性病艾滋病防治协会承办的首次“中国流动人群艾滋病性病防治对策”研讨会,于1999年1月28～29日在北京召开.与会代表来自卫生部、公安部等政府各部委及直属机构;北京市卫生局、公安局等政府部门;各有关国际组织驻京代表、非政府组织及新闻媒体共70余人出席了会议.
The first “Symposium on Prevention and Treatment of AIDS in Mobile Populations”, commissioned by the Department of Disease Control of the Ministry of Health and funded by the United Nations National Aids and AIDS Control Association, was held in Beijing from January 28 to 29, 1999. From the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Public Security and other government ministries and agencies directly under the Ministry; Beijing Municipal Health Bureau, the Public Security Bureau and other government departments; the relevant international organizations stationed in Beijing representatives, non-governmental organizations and news media, a total of more than 70 people attended the meeting.
