为了研究紫花苜蓿根系与生产性能的关系,在地处西辽河平原的内蒙古民族大学实验农场对8个紫花苜蓿品种的根部性状及其与草产量的关系进行了研究。结果表明:种植后的第7年,8个紫花苜蓿品种田间株密度以阿尔冈金最高,苜蓿王最低;根腐率以WL-324和阿尔冈金相对较低,苜蓿王和WL-323HQ明显偏高;根颈直径以费纳尔和阿尔冈金较大,苜蓿王和农宝较小。在0~50 cm土层内,侧根数、主根重、侧根重和根系总重均以阿尔冈金最高,侧根数、主根重、侧根重、总根重及品种间的差异均随土层深度的增加而减小。8个紫花苜蓿品种2008年草产量和2002—2008年累计草产量均以阿尔冈金最高,苜蓿王最低;株密度与2008年草产量和2002—2008年累计草产量相关均达到极显著水平,总根重和根颈直径均与2008年草产量相关达到显著水平,根腐率与2008年草产量和2002—2008年累计草产量均呈负相关。从草产量和根部性状综合来看,阿尔冈金是研究地区种植紫花苜蓿的首选品种。
In order to study the relationship between the root system and the performance of alfalfa, the root traits of eight alfalfa cultivars and their relationship with grass yield were studied in experimental farm of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities in the West Liaohe Plain. The results showed that in the 7th year after planting, the density of 8 alfalfa cultivars was the highest in Algonquin, the lowest was in alfalfa, while the root rot rate was lower in WL-324 and Algonquin than that in alfalfa and WL-323HQ High; root neck diameter to Fellner and Algonquin larger, alfalfa king and Nong Bao smaller. In 0 ~ 50 cm soil layer, the number of lateral root, main root, lateral root and total root were the highest in Algonquin, the differences of lateral root number, main root weight, lateral root weight, total root weight and variety were all with the depth of soil Increase and decrease. 8 alfalfa cultivars in 2008 and cumulative grass yield in 2002-2008 were the highest in Algonquin, and the lowest in alfalfa king. The correlation between plant density and total grass yield in 2008 and cumulative grass yield in 2002-2008 reached extremely significant level, The total root weight and root diameter were all significantly correlated with the grass yield in 2008, and the root rot rate was negatively correlated with the grass yield in 2008 and the cumulative grass yield in 2002-2008. According to the combination of grass yield and root traits, Algonquin is the first choice for planting alfalfa in the study area.
