1病历摘要男,77岁。因左眼翼状胬肉生长40 a余,以“左眼翼状胬肉”收入院。入院后查体:视力0.1/手动,左眼球固定,鼻侧球结膜肥厚,呈翼状伸入角膜区,并完全遮盖瞳孔区,上有纵行血管侵入,只露出下方小部分透明角膜,球结膜充血(++),余窥不进。入院后确诊为:左眼翼状胬肉。常规检查后,入院3 d在局麻下行左眼翼状胬肉切除加结膜瓣转移移植术,术中将角结膜上翼状胬肉切除干净
