四、力—电转换装置 (一)杠杆系统它的作用是将机械力转换成0～10mA直流输出,并产生相应的反馈力。目前国内Ⅱ型变送器普遍采用双杠杆机构,它的特点是结构简单、加工方便。但是变更量程后容易引起零点和静压误差的变化,我厂正在改进这套机构,使之变更量程后的副作用降到许可的程度,以简化调校手续,提高仪表的可靠性和稳定性。
