老年人多器官功能衰竭时血内中分子量物质含量变化

老年多器官功能衰竭(MOFE)患者血浆内中分子量物质(MMS)明显升高,其中兼有肾功能衰竭者MMS水平为同龄健康人的4.8倍,MMS水平可以作为评定MOFE的参考指标,并对其预后有一定参考意义。
