提高高等学校思想政治理论课教育教学质量和水平,关键在教师。高职院校思想政治理论课教师要真正成为学生健康成长的指导者和引路人,必须强化三种意识:强化政治意识,加强教学工作纪律性;强化学生意识,实现师生良性联动;强化学习意识,运用好思想政治教育网络阵地。
The key to improve the quality and level of education and teaching of ideological and political course in colleges and universities is the teacher. Teachers of Ideological and Political Theory in Higher Vocational Colleges must truly reinforce the students’ healthy growth, and must strengthen three kinds of consciousness: to strengthen the political consciousness and strengthen the discipline of teaching; to strengthen the awareness of students and realize the positive linkage between teachers and students; to strengthen the learning Consciousness, make good use of ideological and political education network position.
