十八大报告中指出:加快发展现代职业教育,推动高等教育内涵式发展。这为我们高等职业教育的发展指明了方向。那什么是内涵?怎么发展内涵,我认为其中最重要的是教师自身业务水平的提高,即在十八大精神的指导下,脚踏实地做好本职工作,在教学、科研、社会服务等领域奋力开拓,不断提高自己的专业水平与工作能力,以实际行动为名校建设做贡献。
