目的:观察慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者内皮细胞和血小板功能以及纤溶活性的变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法测定60例CHF患者(CHF组)及20例健康人(正常对照组)血浆血管性血友病因子(vWF)、血小板α颗粒膜蛋白-140(GMP-140)、D-二聚体(DD)抗原水平。结果:CHF患者血浆vWF、GMP-140、DD抗原水平均较正常对照组明显增高,vWF和GMP-140水平与心功能状态有关。GMP-140含量与vWF抗原水平呈正相关(r=0.905,P<0.01)。结论:CHF患者存在内皮功能受损、血小板活性增高和纤溶活性增高,均与CHF时血栓形成有关。
Objective: To observe the changes of endothelial cell, platelet function and fibrinolytic activity in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) and to explore its clinical significance. Methods: The plasma levels of vWF, GMP-140 and TNF-α in 60 patients with CHF and 20 healthy controls were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) , D-dimer (DD) antigen level. Results: The plasma levels of vWF, GMP-140 and DD in CHF patients were significantly higher than those in normal controls. The levels of vWF and GMP-140 were related to cardiac function. The content of GMP-140 was positively correlated with the level of vWF antigen (r = 0.905, P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Endothelial dysfunction, increased platelet activity and increased fibrinolytic activity are present in CHF patients, both of which are associated with thrombosis in CHF.
