针对图拉尔根铜镍矿低品位厚大矿体对高效率、低成本充填的迫切要求,开展了充填工艺方案优选和全尾砂高浓度胶结充填工艺研究,现场工业试验结果表明:充填作业流程稳定故障率低,充填浓度达到70%以上,充填能力达到80m3/h,充填成本为120元/m3,充填体28d强度为2MPa,完全满足矿山开采技术要求,为矿山取得了良好的安全效益和经济效益。
