为了找出热轧钢筋20MnSi在粗轧时断裂的原因,采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和电子探针对断裂钢坯进行了观察和分析。结果表明:钢坯存在孔隙、气泡、聚集分布的夹杂物和夹渣等低倍缺陷,同时钢中还存在严重的带状偏析和异常魏氏组织。分析认为,钢坯中存在严重的低倍缺陷和成分偏析,粗轧温度过高、冷速过快导致了钢坯产生缺陷,进而引起钢坯在热轧过程中开裂。
In order to find out the reason of hot-rolled steel 20MnSi rupturing during rough rolling, the fracture billets were observed and analyzed by metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope and electron probe. The results show that there are many defects such as porosity, bubbles, aggregated inclusions and slag inclusions in the billet. In addition, there are also serious bands segregation and abnormal Widmanstalls in the steel. The analysis shows that there are serious low defect times and segregation of components in the billet. The roughing temperature is too high and the cooling rate is too fast, which leads to the defects of the billet and further to the cracking of the billet during hot rolling.
