我国现有采煤机的牵引型式,仍以液压牵引为主,而随着采煤机使用数量的增加,牵引部油泵、油马达的维修与试验,以及牵引部的整机维修试验,越益为生产第一线所重视。十年改革以来,大多数煤矿基本都具有中修甚至大修采煤机的水平,对液压元件的维修也具备了一些条件。但在检修过程中,由于缺乏检测手段,难以判断泵或马达是否合格,往往出现该换的没换,不该换的却换了,既不合理又不经济。所以应有一种能适应煤矿现场维修要求的泵、马达及牵引部试验台。经调查研究,这种试验台,要满足下述四点要求: 1.综合性要强,集试验泵、马达、牵引部为一体; 2.占地面积要小,能源单一,只用电源为最佳,尽量避免大量使用气源与水源; 3.测试仪表应具有一定水平,对主要参数应直观、准确。被试马达与牵引部的输出
