Oil gauge sensor was originally machined by a dedicated milling machine, in the φ40 aluminum tube (material LY11) on the open dozens of rectangular holes, and the size. Open a rectangular hole in the aluminum tube, the mill must first milling four slots along the four weeks, and then fitter drill four holes in the corners to complete a square hole. And still need to burn glitches, an aluminum sensor need to process dozens of such rectangular holes, a set of such sensors up to dozens of roots, showing the difficulty of machining aluminum sensors. Can we use chemical milling instead of machining? After testing, we think that chemical milling is feasible, but the key problem to be solved is to look for the protective paint and make the milling line
