建国以来,电站用钢的研究工作取得了很大的成绩,但问题不少,例如元素政策不舍理;缺乏一个系统的设计思想与可行的规划;有些研制的钢种片面强调热强性而忽视冶金工艺性能,产品的质量不稳定;钢材自给率太低等。建议抓好电站用钢的研制规划;总结研制经验教训;集中精力完善有可能成为电站用钢系列各钢种的数据和着手超临界机组材料的试制工作。建国以来研制的70多种汽轮机锅炉主要部件用钢按A:至今广泛采用;B:曹大量采用,现不用;C:未大量采用,现不用;D:其他,四类分别进行统计。统计表明我国研制的25个电站用钢,至今仍广泛采用的只有4个,而复核的46个铜种广泛采用的有28个,即复核钢种比研制钢种多6倍。并列出从美国引进技术后应复核的汽轮机锅炉主要部件用钢以作比较。我们回顾历史,对电站用钢研制工作的经验与教训,提出自己的看法供大家一起探讨。
Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, great achievements have been made in the research on steel for power station, but there are many problems such as disregard of elemental policies, lack of a systematic design idea and feasible planning, and some of the developed steel products have one-sided emphasis on thermal strength Ignoring metallurgical process performance, product quality is not stable; steel self-sufficiency rate is too low. It is recommended that we do a good job in the research and development planning of steel used for power stations, summarize the experiences and lessons learned from research and development, concentrate on improving the data that may become steel grades for power stations, and start trial production of materials for supercritical units. Since the founding of the country more than 70 kinds of steam turbine boilers developed by the main components of steel according to A: so far widely used; B: Cao large use, is not used; C: not used in large quantities, are not used; D: the other, four were statistically. Statistics show that China has developed 25 power station steel, which is still widely used only 4, while the review of 46 copper species are widely used 28, that is, the review of steel 6 times more than the steel varieties. And lists the major components of steam turbine boilers that should be reviewed after the introduction of technology from the United States for comparison. We review history, experience and lessons learned from research and development work on power station steel and put forward our own views for discussion.
