摄影本身既是一种文化行为,又是文化的载体。随着后现代全民摄影和读图时代的到来,摄影对于文化的诉求是其最终能否走向深入的关键。没有技术含量的摄影作品不一定是坏的作品,但没有文化内涵的作品注定成不了伟大的作品,不可能走进人类的内心世界。在摄影对文化的诉求和文化对摄影的救赎中,文化对于作品内涵和摄影的未来发展方向都具有举足轻重的作用。
Photography itself is both a cultural act and a cultural carrier. With the advent of postmodern universal photography and reading map era, photography’s appeal to culture is the key to whether it can eventually go deep. Photographic works without technical content are not necessarily bad works, but works without cultural connotations are destined to become great works and can not enter the inner world of human beings. In the demands of photography for culture and the redemption of culture for photography, culture plays a decisive role in the connotation of works and the future direction of photography.
