中国岩石力学与工程学会第二届第二次理事(扩大)会议于1991年12月10日—12日在北京召开。65名理事(其中包括常务理事23名、名誉理事1名)及中国小组成员,各专业委员会、工作委员会、地方学会、分会代表共计81名参加了会议。学会副理事长牛锡倬同志主持了开幕式;学会挂靠单位中国科学院地球物理研究所副所长王妙月同志、党委副书记孔繁文同志参加了会议并讲了话;中国科协组织部团体处虞含华处长到会指导。全体与会理事及代表首先向已故学会创建人陈宗基理事长默哀,沉痛悼念陈宗基先生的逝世。与会同志表示一定要把陈宗基理事长开创的岩石力学事业继承发展下去,完成他生前未竟的事业,决心团结一致,搞五湖四海,把学会办好。
China Society of Rock Mechanics and Engineering second meeting of the second director (enlarged) on December 10, 1991 -12 held in Beijing. A total of 81 directors (including 23 standing directors and 1 honorary director), as well as members of the Chinese team, professional committees, working committees, local societies and clubs attended the meeting. Association vice president Niu Xiutong presided over the opening ceremony; learn to affiliated units Institute of Geophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences Comrade Wang Miaoyue, vice secretary of party committee member Comrade Kong Fanwen attended the meeting and spoke; China Association for Science and Technology Organization Department Director Yu Han Hua Director To guide. All the participating directors and delegates first paid a tribute to President Chen Zongji, founder of the deceased, and mourn the death of Mr. Chen Zongji. The comrades at the conference said that we must inherit and develop the rock mechanics career pioneered by Chairman Chen Zongji and accomplish his unfinished business in his lifetime. We are determined to work together in a concerted manner and make every effort to improve our learning.
