目的讨论动静脉轨道的建立在动脉导管未闭(PDA)封堵术中应用的价值。方法选择11例因PDA开口及形态变异,采用常规封堵方法不能顺利完成封堵的患者,改用建立动静脉轨道,可以顺利迅速完成封堵。结果明显缩短手术时间,减少X线暴露时间。常规方法为建立通道(未成功)X线曝光时间超过30min,改为动脉静轨道法X线曝光6.3min。结论在PDA开口和形态有异常情况下,及时改变方法建轨道,可以减少X线照射,很好完成技术操作,是解决术中困难的有效、安全方法。
Objective To discuss the value of arteriovenous orbit occlusion in the patent ductus arteriosus closure (PDA). Conclusions In the case of abnormal PDA opening and shape, changing the method to establish a track in time can reduce the X-ray irradiation and accomplish the technical operation well. It is an effective and safe method to solve intraoperative difficulties.
